Treat yourself to an experience like no other by joining us for three hours of invigorating yoga. Flow through approximately 80, well sequenced poses spanning all genres of asana. We’ll alternate between periods of vigorous movement and deep rest that will increase and rejuvenate your prana – your life energy. Working in this way you’ll supply your body, mind and heart with renewed vitality and equip yourself with the full power of your Spirit!
This practice is appropriate for experienced students who are comfortable working half-handstand at the wall and full backbend on their own.

“Engaging the Doshas: Finding Balance through Transition” —- From the perspective of Ayruveda each of us embodies three doshas – or energetic and elemental constitutions that effect our health and well being. Kapha – the dosha of earth and water; Pitta – the dosha of fire; and Vata – the dosha of air and space. Keeping all three doshas harmonious within yourself is the work and play of yoga. As we transition from the pitta (fire) of Summer to the vata (winds) of Autumn, nourish yourself with this deep, full spectrum practice and empower more harmony and balance in your entire Being.
