Receive quality instruction and a challenging workout while focused on Pilates Fundamentals exploration as well as building flow and endurance. Clients work on the Reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair and Mat. Classes are appropriate for all levels, ranging from experienced beginner to advanced.

Tuesday:
6-7:30pm: Vinyasa Flow- Level 1&2
with Holli Keeler
Vinyasa Flow is a a type of yoga that sequences poses to flow together harmoniously. Yoga experience required.
Friday:
8:15-9:15 Yoga Breakfast
with Mary Kay Lemon
Yoga Breakfast is a mixed-level flow class designed to build strength, increase flexibility and promote balance in both the body and spirit. Some yoga experience recommended.
Saturday:
10:45-12:15 Vinyasa Flow Level 1
with Jennifer Campbell
This level 1 class is perfect for students new to yoga as it intended to teach the foundations of of asana and breathwork along with the connection between breath and body through mindful movement and heat-building sequences. No prior Yoga experience is required.
Sunday:
4:30-6pm Sunday Afternoon Bliss
with Carla Forte
This gentle yoga class will provide the opportunity to breathe deeply, stretch thoroughly, and create a sense of well-being and calm. Stretch nearly every muscle in your body through a gentle flow sequence and a variety of supported postures. Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to tackle your week. Appropriate for all levels.
