Men’s Health Month!

mens health monthEVOLVE Movement is excited to celebrate Men’s Health Month! Every June, this celebration takes place across the  nation to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys.  We will be hosting Pilates & Yoga Sessions for Men through the month of June to commemorate this!

Leading up to this month, we will be hosting the following events:

FREE Brews and Bro-ga: Yoga for Dudes!

May 16 at EVOLVE- North Raleigh, 6-8pm (1 hour class followed by beer and refreshments)

May 22 at EVOLVE- Cameron Village, 7:30-9pm (1 hour class followed by beer and refreshments)


FREE Bring Your Honey: Hops and Hundreds!

May 16 at EVOLVE- North Raleigh 6-8pm (1 hour class followed by beer and refreshments)

May 22 at EVOLVE- Cameron Village 7-9pm (1 hour class followed by beer and refreshments)

 

Enjoy beer from a local brewery  & refreshments after class! We will be collecting donations at these events that will go towards the Men’s Health Network, an non-profit organization that promotes Men’s Health and Wellness.
