- We ask all clients to honor package and gift certificate expiration dates. Expiration begins from the date of the first appointment, rather then the purchase date.
- We do not provide refunds on purchases, exchanges can be made available for EVOLVE studio credit only (except when noted otherwise.) When EVOLVE credit is provided back on partially used packages, the used sessions are priced at the Single Session rate. Unused session credit must be transferred before the package expiration date.
- We will retain a credit card number to reserve KE/ISV appointments. 100% of the session fee will be charged for clients who do not cancel or reschedule this appointment in accordance with our 24-hour cancellation policy.
- A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES FOR ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS AND GROUP CLASS RESERVATIONS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 100% FOR THE COST OF YOUR SESSION IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LATE.
- Please be courteous to your instructor and fellow students in a group class by arriving on time and silencing your mobile phone. Please do not enter a class that has been in session for more than 10 minutes.
- All semi-private apparatus sessions are subject to instructor change. Please remember that varying instructors is important to the success of your learning process and that all teachers provide new information and perspective.
- If you are a private client who is particular about your instructor, all efforts will be made to contact you if that instructor is not able to work with you due to an emergency. Please keep your contact information up to date so that we may contact you. Please understand that we will provide another instructor if we are not able to reach you, and that you will be responsible for payment of that private session.
- All Group Class Schedules are subject to change or class cancellation due to ongoing low attendance or instructor conflict. Please consult the EVOLVE Movement online class schedule before dropping in on any group class. If we have an instructor emergency where we must cancel a class when clients are already enrolled, clients will receive an email notification.
