What is Evolve Therapeutics?
Do you suffer from low back pain? Have a shoulder, knee or hip troubling you? Have you been diagnosed with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia and want to gain strength, flexibility and bone mass in a safe environment? If so, Evolve may be the place for you! We have specialized apparatus and therapeutic curriculum. We use whole-body fitness techniques and sound bio-mechanical instruction to give you a new sense of balance and well-being. Our senior teachers are well versed in exercise modifications and therapeutic approaches for most bodily injuries and postural imbalances.
Evolve’s instructors work by referral from local orthopedic specialists and physical therapists, as well as from our many satisfied clients, to integrate injury-specific information into a fitness and movement oriented whole-body rehabilitation program. At Evolve, we use the appropriate technique or blend of modalities to create balanced musculature, joint integrity and proper posture through whole-body education and fitness that integrates and organizes the mind & body toward a state of natural harmony. Our clients obtain a sense of efficient and flowing movement, mental and spiritual rejuvenation, self-awareness and self-confidence: an enhanced quality of life. The goal of our therapeutic client program is the seamless transition of healthy and pain-free clients to a balanced ownership of their whole-body health with learning pathways toward independence in exercise for the mind, body and spirit.
How to get started?
The KE/ISV is a one-hour appointment with a fee of $65. From here, we will make plans to move forward with private sessions for whole-body rehabilitative conditioning to best suit your schedule and budget.
Evolve does not process insurance for our clients; services are usually NOT covered by most insurance providers. Clients are welcome to obtain copies of receipts and records to see if an insurance reimbursement is possible. Evolve therapeutic instructors have rehabilitative knowledge and special training that supports their work with specific injuries or patterns of movement dysfunction.
