Evolve offers YogaKids® Certified Instruction for specific age groups, ranging from infant to teens, in a relaxed and fun environment.
YogaKids® offers a fun and creative approach to yoga that is very beneficial for growing bodies. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, coordination, body awareness and flexibility. Breathing and visualization techniques teach children and teens how to focus, relax and develop self-control. Kids will improve concentration, stimulate imagination and release energy in a safe and nurturing environment.
Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga. Yoga for Children and Teens also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of wellbeing and respect for all living things and a love for one’s self, inside and out!
EVOLVE Movement offers a 12-week YogaKids® session during the fall ($120) and 8-week sessions during the winter and spring ($80) Pro-rated, date-forward, registrations available ($10/class) 15 students maximum.

Schedule a YogaKids® Birthday Party for your child! Parties may be scheduled on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at any studio location, subject to studio availability. Kids enjoy a 60- minute, age-group specific, yoga class followed by 30 minutes for cake & ice cream (provided by parents). $10/child or $100 minimum.
